Dear Student
The Social Skills Workshops we have devised are to give you the skills to help you achieve your full potential.
An Interview Panelist having received around 40 CVs with perhaps 2 vacancies in the organisation. This number will then whittled down to approximately 15 which are then called for Interview.
These 15 candidates will be selected as they have excellent Educational qualifications, with interesting hobbies or sporting interests. This makes them eligible to succeed to Interview stage. Some may also have been volunteering.
When they arrive for Interview it is then that the lack of Social Skills becomes apparent. They fail because of this to be selected for the vacancy.
The moment you value yourself, the whole world values you. Yogi Bhajan
